Rachel & Jonah's Wedding in the Berkshires at Chesterwood
Rachel's mother Sherri wrote to me about photographing this wedding. The couple was busy finishing medical school in Boston together and barely had time to plan their days, let alone their wedding. Sherri did an incredible job! The bride and groom to be and I met for an engagement session in Northampton, MA and hit it off really well during that shoot. Such easy going and kind people. Chesterwood is an absolutely incredible venue. "Chesterwood is the former summer home and studio of Daniel Chester French (1850-1931), sculptor of the Minute Man and Lincoln Memorial Abraham Lincoln statues and a leading artist of his era." The grounds and studio spaces offer so many great spots for photos. Mezze Catering hit this one out of the park too. The long dinner tables, covered in wild flowers looked elegant and rustic. The massive tent was filled with warm sparkle lights that looked amazing as the light dimmed. It was and beautiful celebration.
